孟祥龙,男,1988年7月出生,毕业于韩国东国大学(Dongguk University)。博士,高级实验师,山西中医药大学硕士生导师,山西中医药大学中药与食品工程学院实验教学中心主任。先后主持科研项目12项,发表论文30余篇,其中中文核心(或SCI)论文20余篇。
